I go through these phases where I work out and diet like nutso—> I lose a lot of weight —> I feel great about myself —> eat some more, drink some more —> get fat —> feel like crap —> work out like crazy… so on and so forth. Vicious cycle! Ugh. Why can’t I go to the gym and eat healthy consistently. It takes outgrowing my jeans to finally get my ass back into shape…
I LOVE FOOD! GAH!
