Recently, Johnson & Johnson Canada discontinued a poor-selling brand of tampons called O.B. Ultra. What J&J found out in a hurry was that the few customers they had were fiercely loyal. Thousands of complaints poured in, and the company very quickly brought back the product and apologized – with this video.
